However, Parisa Trends cannot guarantee that Customer’s use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

SHIPMENT
Delivery times for our products may change depending on the category, area you choose, and special occasions (such as Eid, Moharram, holidays listed in the gazette, etc.). For specific inquiries about the time of order delivery, please email info@parisatrends.com or give us a call at +92-313-0661489.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Within Pakistan, delivery fees are a flat Rs. 250 below an order of Rs. 10,000. Orders over Rs. 10,000 are eligible for free delivery inside Pakistan. Delivery fees for orders placed from abroad will be determined by the order’s location (country) and may fluctuate based on the courier provider. If there are any additional customs or duty fees levied by local governments (outside of Pakistan), we disclaim all liability. The consumer is responsible for paying the customs fees. We accept no liability if the goods is stopped by customs officials (outside of Pakistan).

ORDERING & TRACKING
ORDER PLACEMENT International customers can make payments through bank transfers.

After you receive an email from us confirming the order and payment details, your order is placed on hold for a full day. If you intend to pay after 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, kindly check with us to see if the items you ordered are still available. If you are paying after the specified period, Parisa Trends does not guarantee that the product you ordered will be available.

Should an item be out of stock, you will be given the option to select any other product, design, or color that falls within the same price range. If things are out of stock and there are shipping delays, we won’t be held accountable.

If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order might be canceled without any notification. The International order is processed only after the international customer makes the payment. Customers within Pakistan can place the order online with confirmation for payment upon delivery for up to PKR 10,000/-. Orders above PKR 10,000/- will be required to make an advance payment. Customers are required to make 10% payment in advance for orders above PKR10,000/-.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Parisa Trends, we believe our customers come first! Our Customer Services team is at your disposal. If
you would like to exchange or refund your purchased item please reach out to an agent and they will
guide you through our process mentioned below.

Validity 
All products purchased from www.Parisatrends.com can be exchanged (or) refunded only if product is in damaged condition, incorrect article within 2 days of the delivery date, no-questions-asked! Please note that exchange and refund requests do not apply to international orders.

Conditions for Exchange or Refund
Products are qualified for exchange or refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact, all accessories are complete and the packing is in its original condition. Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange/ refund claims will not be regarded as valid. 

Process of Online Exchange or Refund

To ensure a smooth process, please make a video of the unboxing and clearly show the defect.

Simply notify us of your exchange or refund intention within 2 days of delivery date and share tracking details along with your order # with detailed video of the issue via WhatsApp # (+92) 313-0661489  
You may choose to use any of below approved courier service companies. You must share tracking #
details within 2 working days of dispatch to our premises.

All shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not in cash but in the form of a “coupon’’. If your items meet the required conditions a coupon will be issued that can be redeemed for one-time usage only with in 2 months. You
may choose to use this “coupon’’ in the instance of an exchange where the original purchase value
differs from the exchanged amount. 

Credit card transactions refund policy  
If you have paid for your order by credit card, and it qualifies for a refund, the same amount will be returned to the credit card used for the order. 

Order Cancellation
Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed. Parisa Trends has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as item is out of stock, article found as defective in quality control or the bank payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Parisa Trends has the right to refuse compensation or refund for damaged articles if this information is
not provided.
If an order has been processed or dispatched it cannot be edited or cancelled.  
If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Parisa Trends is not liable to
refund or compensate for the order amount.
If the parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is
liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. In case of non-
clearance of the parcel by customs, Parisa Trends is not liable to refund the amount.
Refunds: 

If an order has been cancelled before dispatching, it can qualify for a refund to the
bank account used for the order.

Accuracy of Website Content
We have taken utmost care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure
that prices quoted are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will
only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as
mentioned on our website. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions, and
capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products
that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend
on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the
color of the product on delivery.

Order Acceptance
The acceptance of your order begins with the delivery of an e-mail of your order contents and relevant
details.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as earliest as possible to
confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon delivery of order
details on your email address or what’s app.

Delays
We shall try our level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. But order deliveries
may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations and unforeseen circumstances; we do not
assume any responsibility for delayed deliveries beyond our control.

Order Placement
International customers can make payments through bank transfers. The order you place is kept on hold
for 24 hours after receiving a confirmation email from us about the order and payment details. If you plan to make payment after 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, please confirm with us if the
products that you have ordered are still in stock. Parisa Trends takes no guarantee of the product’s
availability that you had ordered if you are making the payment after the given timeframe.
If any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other
product/design/color (within the same price range).

that the courts of Lahore (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute
that you have with us.
